This mindfulness lesson plan is designed to teach students the fundamentals of mindfulness and the benefits of incorporating mindfulness practices into their daily lives. The lesson will begin with an introduction to mindfulness, explaining what it is and how it can help reduce stress, improve focus, and increase overall well-being. Students will then be guided through a brief mindfulness meditation breathing exercise. Ideas for differentiation are also included. By the end of the session, students will have a solid understanding of mindfulness and the tools to begin cultivating a mindfulness practice.
